What began as a straightforward job with Delaware North turned into an eye-opening experience about how a company truly treats its people behind the scenes. During my time there, I witnessed — and personally experienced — patterns of unfair treatment, inconsistency, and targeting that revealed a culture far different from the image the company promotes publicly.
This website exists to share my story — not out of bitterness, but out of a desire for transparency and accountability. Employees deserve to be treated with respect and dignity, not singled out, dismissed, or silenced when they raise concerns. My goal is to shed light on what really happens inside Delaware North and to give others a voice who may have gone through the same thing but were too afraid to speak up.
